The hotel reception is open 24 hours on 24, every day, ready to welcome. Check-in is from 13.00. Check-out is expected to last until 11.30 am. Check in after 20.00 inform the reception. You can ask the reception to check in advance or postpone the check-out (depending on availability). Our customers can leave their luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out.

Cancellation and chargesCancellations can be made without charge up to 8 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no show will be charged on the credit card the first night of stay. Early departures must be notified no later than 14.00 on the day prior to departure. The cancellation policy listed above are believed to be valid for bookings up to a maximum of 2 rooms. For bookings of 3 or more rooms, such terms should be agreed with the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Where can I park my car?>n the town of Viareggio, there are only public pay car parks and the hotel and surroundings can enjoy the park permits (Guestes Hotel) at concessionary fare of Euro 5.00 per day. The hotel has a private garage close the property (opening hours 07.30 -21.30) and the price per day is Euro 15,00
Can I connect to the Internet in the hotel?Yes, a PC with Internet access free high-speed is always available to guests at the hotel lobby, also a Wi-Fi system high-speed (inside the hotel ) is available, just ask password at the reception.
